House of Mondi designs homes that honor the past and still feel unmistakably now. Classical architecture meets modern living, with a little tension added on purpose through the unexpected. That point of view began with Donna's love affair with European architecture, and today it's carried forward by two generations working side by side.

From our studios in Chicago and Denver, our work reaches DC, Austin, Naples, Palm Beach, the Rocky Mountains, Grand Rapids, and beyond. Estate homes, historic renovations, new construction, luxury condominiums, and penthouses. Our team handles it all, from interior architecture to the custom furnishings we design ourselves. We are stewards of style, reverent about craft and history, and irreverent enough to take a real risk where it makes a room more interesting. Every home starts with its architecture and the people who live there. Every decision is made slowly and with intention, so the result feels collected, personal, and better with age.
